Huperade ltd have regular sampling of the soils to ensure our product meets BS3882:2015 standard, we also have a chemical analysis ENV1 report. A copy of this report is available on request by telephoning/emailing the office 0161 928 5350 gary.cash@huperade.co.uk
We would like to point out that this report is for our records, and we advise that when purchasing soils, especially in large quantities, that the customer must have their own analysis report for each project. Once the testing has been complete, we can segregate the batch of soil for your exclusive use.
If a delivery of soil is made by Huperade Limited, testing by your own analysis company must be after the first delivery of soil is tipped, before ordering anymore.
If you proceed to order, without the necessary testing, or following the above instructions, Huperade Ltd will not be held responsible for any complaints, refunds, or returns.
Should the products ordered be on a customer account, under no circumstances, are invoices to be held up for payment, and the normal 30 days credit is to be honoured.
Huperade, also are not responsible for the germination of any plant, turf etc from the soil and manure products.
Our soil is a recycled product, and we would like to remind customers that there will be stones in this product due to the screening process. This is well within guidance for the sample to be given the testing result of conformity to the BS standard.
Huperade take no responsibility for any damage to customer’s property whilst deliveries are being made.
We will try our best to position loose tips, and bag deliveries, however, this will depend on factors such as obstructions, overhead issues: for example: and not exclusive to: overhead wires, cables, trees. Narrow driveways, reversing for long distances. Our wagons are 3meters wide and need a clearance of 1m either side at a minimum.
If we send soil to your destination and the customer/representative is not there to accept the load our driver will make every effort to put this in the area/position that you have informed us about, however, we will not be responsible if it isn’t to where you wished the discharged load to be placed and it will not be the responsibility of Huperade to relocate any material whether tipped or bagged. We may be able to reposition bags, but there will be a charge for this service depending on location. Please contact the office on 0161 980 5350 for further information.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that there are no obstructions, or access issues for deliveries. If a delivery is aborted, once loaded or delivered and the customer cannot for whatever reason accept the load or bags or have any issues for example as above and not exclusive too, a cost will be incurred, and this will be billed or deducted from monies paid or to be invoiced.
Huperade Ltd take no responsibility for damage to the customer’s property whilst deliveries are made, nor are responsible for cleaning driveways for tipped loads.
Huperade Ltd cannot be held responsible if the delivery address provided by you is incorrect.
Ownership of the Goods shall not pass to you until Huperade has received in full (in cleared funds) all sums due to it in respect of the Goods and all other sums which are or which become due to from you on any Order.
Huperade Ltd will not be responsible for any consequential loss or damage including (without limitation) loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of opportunity, loss or depletion of goodwill, costs or expenses (whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise) that might arise.
